First of all this location is dirty yes maybe the floors are vacuumed but... Everything is covered in dust like covered and everywhere. I ran my finger across the furniture in the massage room and the dust rolled up and fell off. Like come on and you can see te dust just everywhere Had me worried that the sheets on the bed may not be the cleanest. I paid for a 90 minute massage and I did not get that. I was taken back to the room at 11:36 and I walked out at 2pm. Massage was okay but spent too much time in one area so rushed over all the other ones. I had circled some areas in need and they weren't even touched. Seemed like not in any rush to get me in but rushed me out. Idk just do better, I've received many massages and this just was not that impressive.

Thank you for your feedback. We maintain strict hygiene protocols, including changing linens after every client, which can contribute to a higher presence of dust/lint despite frequent cleaning. We are always refining our processes to ensure the best environment possible. Regarding your session, we reviewed the video footage and confirmed that you were taken back at 11:30 AM and left the massage room at 1:00 PM. This reflects a full 90 minutes of hands-on time, which is above the industry standard of 80 minutes for a 90-minute service. We appreciate your visit and the opportunity to clarify these details.
